SELF-REMEMBERING PROCESSING GROUP

Find freedom through inner alignment

The emphasis on self-sacrifice and service within high-control religion and families trained us to place ourselves last, if not completely forget ourselves altogether. Many of us learned that self-denial was the path to spiritual fulfillment, however, we hold that a rich spiritual life comes from inner alignment. Journey with others who are ready to explore and experience this kind of freedom.

This in-person processing group will allow participants to grow in self-awareness and alignment within the harbor of trustworthy, supportive community. By using Martha Beck’s book “The Way of Integrity: Finding the Path to Your True Self” as a guide, we’ll move together toward more authentic, fulfilling, and spiritually vibrant lives. Think of it as a book-club-plus.

Through reflection, discussion, and thoughtful exercises, you’ll be giving yourself the gift of hearing and honoring your true voice. We’ll also work on active practices to help you self-remember, especially in settings and spaces that are the most challenging for you. And we promise, as you align with your most authentic self, you’ll start to see how the world desperately needs you showing up as you; it is actually radical justice work to listen deep and remember ourselves well.
